1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lucida app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User Licence Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. This agreement is between you and Lucida, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.

2. Description of Service

Lucida is a discovery platform that connects users with beauty and grooming service providers. We do not provide beauty services directly. All bookings are made through third-party platforms or directly with providers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update your information as needed. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app to post false or misleading reviews, harass other users or providers, upload inappropriate or offensive content, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Provider Listings

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, including services offered, pricing, and availability. Lucida does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by providers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Lucida app are owned by Lucida and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lucida is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, interactions with providers, or reliance on information provided through the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings.

9. Reviews and Content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. All reviews and user-submitted content are subject to automated and manual moderation. We reserve the right to remove content that is false, misleading, abusive, or violates these terms. Providers may respond to reviews publicly.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
